When you sign up for PORTAL TO GRACE, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 500 EUR. Only once we have received your proof of payment, your reservation is officially confirmed. By making the deposit or the full payment for PORTAL TO GRACE , you are accepting the Terms and Conditions.

Your deposit is non-refundable and it is added to the full cost PORTAL TO GRACE.

THE REMAINDER PAYMENT

Please make sure the remaining payment is processed no later than 8 weeks before PORTAL TO GRACE starts to hold your spot - that’s by June 28th 2024. We will send you a reminder one week before the final payment date. If we do not receive your payment on time, we have no choice but to make your spot available again and you will forfeit your deposit.

No refund, no exception.

CANCELLATION POLICY

PORTAL TO GRACE does not offer refunds of any kind for the deposit of 500 EUR. So before signing up, please make sure you can make it. Refunds for the remaining amount depends on when we receive the cancellation.

We understand that plans can change and we offer a flexible cancellation policy for you. More than 8 weeks prior the retreat PORTAL TO GRACE: In case of cancellation more than 8 weeks prior the retreat, a deposit of 500€ will be forfeited and the rest will be refunded.

8-4 weeks prior the retreat PORTAL TO GRACE: Should you cancel your retreat 8-4 weeks prior the retreat, 1100 Euros will be forfeited and the rest will be refunded.

Less than 4 weeks prior the retreat PORTAL TO GRACE: Finally no refunds will be given for cancellation requests made within 30 days of the retreat date.

Should you need to cancel with more than 4 weeks before the start of PORTAL TO GRACE, you will be refunded 100% of the total amount (minus the 500 EUR deposit). Should you need to cancel within 4 weeks of PORTAL TO GRACE starting date, under no circumstance will there be any refunds given for cancellation requests made within 4 weeks of the starting date.

Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure PORTAL TO GRACE, exceptions to our policies cannot be made for any reason, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, bad weather, acts of terrorism, illness, pandemics, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach PORTAL TO GRACE due to unforeseen circumstances such as (but not limited to) strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, PORTAL TO GRACE fees remain nonrefundable. If you arrive late or need to leave PORTAL TO GRACE early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.

TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE AND OWN RISK

International travel Insurance that also covers medical care and transport home if needed is a requirement for all participants who book PORTAL TO GRACE. Every participant must be ready to provide full insurance upon request. Failure to take out travel insurance breaks the contract between PORTAL TO GRACE and the participant, with forfeiting the paid deposit as well as the full payment. In case of an accident or incident the participant will claim against their individual travel insurance and not PORTAL TO GRACE Furthermore, you participate in the classes, hikes and workshops at your own risk and you must employ your own judgment as to which movements, positions, and exercises are appropriate for your level of training, overall physical fitness and experience as well as mental stability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS PHONE USE, CONTENT, SOCIAL MEDIA AND COMMERCE

PORTAL TO GRACE is meant to invest in your personal life and to give yourself time to dive into the work. It’s not a place for any kind of promotion of products, brands or services. Any content creation with a commercial background is not allowed without approval of PORTAL TO GRACE and hotel management. Phones during practices/yoga/meditation are not allowed. Please respect the privacy of other guests and do not photograph any other guests unless they have given consent. Please be mindful of other participants and make sure not to disturb anyone with phone/camera usage. Thank you! IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL If we must cancel PORTAL TO GRACE, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund minus the deposit. In case of change we will notify you as soon as possible. However, we are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for PORTAL TO GRACE, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visa fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.

SERVICES PORTAL TO GRACE

has the right to change the program and/or services due to extraordinary circumstances or force majeure events, such as external forces, weather and oceanic conditions, governmental regulations, delays of third parties etc. If any essential service in the contract is changed, the participant will be informed as soon as possible in written form. PORTAL TO GRACE schedule and inclusions can change at any time without notice. PORTAL TO GRACE reserves the right to remove a participant from the retreat if their behavior is disruptive, no refunds given. PORTAL TO GRACE reserves the right to change or modify this policy at any time. The current policy is always applicable. PORTAL TO GRACE reserves the right to keep a guest liable if she brings damage to the house, nature or belongings. Thank you for understanding and respecting our terms and conditions.
